SHIPPING, WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Shipping

Solitaire Official offers shipping for all our customised bespoke and in-stock ready made products, covering for both local and international sales! Each shipping order is processed within 2-3 working days upon completion of order.

Domestic Shipping

Local Delivery for ready made products are shipped out via Singpost within 1-2 days of order. Postage fees are fixed at SGD$10 per transaction.


Additionally, you can arrange for local pickup of the product at our showroom at Far East Plaza #04-90 from 1.30pm - 7pm on all days!

International Shipping

All International Shipping orders are placed and arranged within 1-2 days of order. Shipping is done through DHL, which automatically calculates the postage rates and reflects it on check out.


Products will usually arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 weeks. Solitaire Official is not responsible for any customs and taxes incurred due to the orders.


Customers intending on returning the product will be required to pay for any of the delivery costs incurred, along with the respective customs and taxes. 


Do note that all prices reflected for courier charges are calculated by distance and country by DHL as a third party service provider. Fluctuations in prices are to be expected.


Warranty, Refunds, Return
Sometimes things happen, the products that you received is defective or damaged. We want you to be very pleased with your purchase. If you have any issues with the products, feel free to contact us on info@solitaireofficial.com and our staffs will do our best to serve!
Warranty
Solitaire Official offers a lifetime warranty on all products purchased. Please note that this warranty does not cover typical daily wear and tear or accidental damage. We will promptly assist you in resolving any concerns.
Refunds
Refunds of goods are subjected to a case-by-case review basis. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you are eligible for the following refunds under these circumstances:

100% Refund (minus shipping fees) will be provided if the product is unused with no form of creases and the product is returned within 7 days of delivery date.

If the product is already worn or has signs of usage, there will be a restocking fee of up to 70%, subjected to the condition of the product
This restocking fee is involved as we will not be able to market the product as brand new.

Note that the refund will not be processed until we have received and inspected the product returned. Upon receiving the item, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days. Solitaire Official reserves the rights on the amount to be refunded.
Returns
To return the product, here are the required procedures:

1. Return straps delivered in its original package. Ensure that product is unworn (absent of creases and bends)

2. Email us at info@solitaireofficial.com. (Inform us the order, reasons for returns, and include this line. "I hereby understand that I will not be refunded of the original shipping fees. Thank you."

3. Once you have received an email from us containing the return email address, you can send the product back via any courier or postal services.

4. Upon receiving the product, we will process the refund, minus the restocking fees and original shipping accordingly.
